Manufacturing Excellence Award: Thanks to its “excellent results in process innovation, combined with highly effective implementation and a remarkable spirit in the pursuit of process improvements”, the Brose plant Sindelfingen won out over some 40 other well-known companies this benchmarking competition. Entries to the competition are judged by the Logistics Division at the Technical University of Berlin. (2009)

Best Factory Award: The Brose plant in Coventry has received a “high commendation” in the Supply Chain category by the renowned Cranfield School of Management. In a comprehensive audit Brose stood out among some 54 companies. (2009)

Publisher Süddeutscher Verlag onpact: As part of the competition for the German Prize for Three Dimensionality (DP3D), the Brose Group’s globally uniform brand concept was distinguished with the "Goldene Flamme 08" in the buildings/company buildings category. (2009)

Research institute CRF/ Strategic business consultancy A. T. Kearney:  The automotive supplier Brose is one of the “Top Automotive Employers 2008/09”, with an overall ranking of 5th. Brose comes 1st in the category “Innovation Management” and 3rd in “Work-Life Balance”. (2008)

Bavarian Quality Prize: The government of Bavaria awards the prize to companies who have distinguished themselves by finding innovative solutions in the area of quality assurance concepts throughout the whole company. (2008)

Berufsgenossenschaft Metall Nord Süd (BGM), an institution for statutory accident insurance and prevention: Brose plants in Meerane and in Rastatt (both Germany) performed very well in the evaluation criteria relevant to health and safety at work and received the coveted “Sicher mit System” (SmS) seal of approval. Deutsche Public Relations Gesellschaft e. V. (DPRG): "German PR Prize in Gold" for the company's advertising campaign "Wanted - older persons" in which Brose was out to recruit older, experienced specialist and managerial staff (2004).

Economic journal Capital/Research company psychonomics: "Germany's best employer 2004" - Brose finished 9th in the category large companies and was the best company in its line of business. Brose finished 16th out of the 50 most attractive German companies to work for in the overall standings. (2004)

Stiftung Industrieforschung: "Initiative Prize" for exemplary personnel policies: The award recognizes the company's push to provide jobs for experienced professionals older than 45 in its campaign "Opportunities for experienced specialists and executives" (2003).
