The core piece of Brose's new electronics production at Hallstadt is the production line for fully-automatic PCB assembly with electronic components.
Hallstadt (05/2001). Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft at Hallstadt near Bamberg has started series production of electronic components for window regulators, door systems and seat adjustments. At the corporate group's second-largest production-site, electronics are
produced for the VW Sharan's power window regulator manufactured at
Sta. Margarida near Barcelona. By the end of the year Brose plans to
have 140 employees working in the Central Electrics/Electronics.
