Brose Group held in high esteem as an employer

More than 40 prospective employees attended the applicants' brunch at the IAA to obtain information about the job prospects at Brose.

Frankfurt/Coburg (09/2001). The Brose Group not only used this year’s International Motor Show as a platform for displaying their exhibits but also for informing qualified specialists and potential staff about the wealth of career opportunities available at a family-run company operating globally. During an applicants‘ brunch at the Brose fair booth, more than prospective employees were able to obtain information from the lectures and the one-to-one discussions with directors and human resources managers about the company and the extraordinary professional prospects on hand. At the moment, the company has 60 vacant positions for graduates. The automotive supplier has created 1,600 new jobs in the last five years and is anticipating an increasing need for qualified staff because of its constant growth.

As the CEO Michael Stoschek reported in Frankfurt, the Brose Group ranks amongst German industrial companies in 15th position with regard to how attractive and well-known companies are in the eyes of students and young engineers - among automotive suppliers it even comes in 4th. This was a result of a recent survey carried out by the VDI (association of German engineers) throughout Germany. According to the findings of this poll, important criteria for the choice of the preferred employer include challenging tasks, innovative working methods, corporate culture, prospects of promotion and working locations abroad.
